EAICE-Foundation has established three International Organization of training and accreditation to develop the international educational and professional project.   

International Organization of Professional Cultivation and Accreditation (IOPCA)

The International Organization of Professional Cultivation and Accreditation (IOPCA)(http://www.iopca.us/) is a non-profit organization. We are an official member of ACBSP (The Academy of Collegiate Business Schools and Projects http://www.acbsp.us), IACUE (International Association for College and University Education http://www.iacue.org), and also accredited member of WWC (Worldwide Classroom (http://www.worldwide.edu), and IDETC (International Distance Education and Training Congress http://www.idetca.us).IOPCA is also an accredited member of ACICS(Accrediting Council of International Certificates and Societies http://www.acics.us/).
     IOPCA was established largely by highly educated and experienced professionals from around the world looking for a high quality return on investment in fast track executive training. IOPCA has taken a career based approach to our program structures and created specialist designations for a wide range of business applications. Each designation is targeted at a specific skill-set required to perform a role in the business and education domain with world-class expertise. 
Key advancements for IOPCA have been made in the past years. We have expanded our operations globally with increased disclosures, listings or recognition from educational and certification authorities. Membership growth is accelerating especially in China, Middle-East, South Asia, and India through our providers in Beijing, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, and elsewhere.

Certificate issued by IOPCA is also recognized by the world leading universities. Candidate who obtain an IOPCA certificate is qualified to apply the same certificate issued by University of Hawaii and Peking University Business School as well (fees pay separately). 

International American Association of Finance & Management (IAAFM)

The International American Association of Finance & Management (IAAFM) (http://www.iaafm.org/), advancing standards and education programs for all finance professionals. Made up of many member companies spanning the global market, the IAAFM connects the finance industry with financial management credential certifications.

   As an international association, the IAAFM enables our members to develop robust expertise for managing the massive volumes of finance generated by today businesses. For the past years we have worked to bring recognition of financial issues to the business world.  As a result, the IAAFM has adopted the role of industry catalyst for the development of financial specifications and global standards, and education.

The mission statement of our institution is as follows: we aim to increase the opportunity of interaction within academy field nationally and internationally. Our institution merges the diverse culture, social background and expertise in one place. Moreover, we hold several academic activities which enhance the depth of theoretical thesis in order to improve our academic status in the world. For example, cross cultural community, theoretical discussion, academic tour and publishing articles. The purpose of our institution for the governmental organization operators is to follow the mission statement and assignment which is under the control of department for Education. Our institution is under the guidance and supervisor by various governmental organization departments.   
 The certificate issued by IPQMI is also recognized by the world leading universities.  Candidates who obtain IPQMI certificated are qualified to apply same certificate issued by University of Hawaii (fees pay separately).
